The Spring School became a part of the network’s short-term courses programme and is annually organised by Vilnius University in partnership with another European university. This year, the Spring School will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, and is co-organised by the University of Warsaw. For both universities, this will be also an occasion to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their membership with NOHA. The Spring School aims at training those who are involved in humanitarian action and feel the need to upgrade their basic knowledge and skills and more generally those who are willing to join the humanitarian action.
Target audience: Civil servants, staff from local, international and civil society organisations, and more generally those who are involved in HA and feel the need to upgrade their basic knowledge and skills.

Certificates and diplomas: Admitted students are expected to participate in the programme by attending lectures and practical assignment. Students will be awarded with certificates, subject to 80% of attendance.

Participants will be accommodated at Hostel Jamaika for 5 nights (13-18 May)
How to register:
Admission is granted on the basis of the past education and/or experience in the field. Motivation to get involved in humanitarian action might also be relevant. Candidates should fill in the registration form until 19 February 2018. Upon registration candidates should also upload their CV.
Notification of acceptance by 22 February 2018 (waitlisted candidates will be notified by 9March 2018).
